This is a customer service review. I purchased this product a couple years ago. Very happy with the faucet. Unexpectedly it began leaking. I contacted the seller's customer service. I received a very quick response acknowledging the issue and requesting additional information to help them access the issue. I provided the additional information and very quickly received notification that a replacement faucet would be sent out. The replacement faucet arrived within 3 days. This seller understands the importance of providing great customer service and appears to have a process that provides just that!! I am beyond satisfied!
Loved this upgrade from my 2 knob camper shower faucet. Very easy to install and works great.
I actually bought this over a year ago to put in my fifthwheel. My health went down hill so it just sat in the box until yesterday. It started leaking right off. I check the threads, not leaking from there. But it was leaking bad at the bottom of where the threaded pieces connected to the base. Took it off and shined a flash light through it. You could see the light coming through. Don't purchase if this is the quality of the work.
Fairly easy to install. The only difficulty is that the flexible pipes behind the wall don't have much slack.
Works great. So much easier to set the water temperature and start/stop the water flow without freezing or burning yourself.
I chose the white one, because the construction is plastic. No sense in going for a plated model. Who are you trying to fool.
As far as those who say it leaks. There is an anti siphon feature that drains the shower hose. This only weeps after you turn the valve off for a short time.
