Lifetime Warranty
Every Dura Faucet product we sell is covered by Dura Faucet's Limited Lifetime Warranty against drips and leaks during normal RV use, for as long as the original purchaser owns the faucet.
What's covered
- The faucet body and cartridge — covered for life against drips and leaks. If yours starts dripping during normal use, Dura Faucet mails you a free replacement cartridge to fix it.
- All other functional components — covered for life against defects in material and workmanship during normal use in a recreational vehicle.
- Plated metal and plated plastic finishes — covered for one (1) year from purchase.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, modification, abrasive cleaners, or installation outside a recreational vehicle.
- Wear on plated finishes after the one-year finish warranty.
- Products installed outside of the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
How to file a warranty claim
Email sales@rvfaucet.com with:
- Your order number (or proof of purchase)
- The faucet model number (starts with
DF-) - A short description and a photo of the issue
We'll route the claim to Dura Faucet and they'll ship the replacement part directly to you — no charge.
