Shipping
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprises at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
How fast?
- Order processing: Orders placed before 12pm Pacific ship the next business day.
- Standard shipping: 5 business days in transit.
- Expedited shipping: 2 business days in transit for a $9.99 flat fee.
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Example: an order placed Friday with expedited service ships Monday and arrives Wednesday.
Returns
We stand behind every faucet we sell. If your order arrives damaged or you need to return an unused product, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the process.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following:
- The product is in resalable condition.
- The product is free from scratches and defects.
- The product has not been installed.
- You have the original packaging.
- The packaging has no writing, labels, or shipping markings of any kind on it.
- A copy of the original emailed receipt is included with the return.
How to start a return
- Email us at sales@rvfaucet.com (or use the form on our Contact page) with your order number and the reason for return.
- Pack the product in its original, unmarked packaging along with a copy of your emailed receipt.
- Ship the package at your expense via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to:

Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the eligibility requirements, we'll refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
After the 30-day return window
Issues that show up after the return window — a leak, a drip, a cartridge that has seen too many miles — are covered under Dura Faucet's Limited Lifetime Warranty. Dura Faucet ships the replacement part free of charge for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
