Welcome to RVFaucet.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RVFaucet.com website, products, and services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Northbay Products, Inc. ("RVFaucet," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. The Site and Our Products

RVFaucet.com sells replacement RV faucets, shower kits, and related parts manufactured by Dura Faucet. We make reasonable efforts to display products, finishes, and specifications accurately, but we don't warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, or availability on the Site are error-free or current. Slight variations in finish color between screen and product are normal.

We reserve the right to correct errors, change or discontinue products, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear placed by resellers, that contain pricing errors, or that we suspect are fraudulent.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including taxes and any applicable fees. If your payment method is declined, we may cancel your order.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged. You will be notified before any cancellation.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email, and we may decline or cancel any order before shipment. A shipping confirmation email indicates that the order has been accepted and is on its way.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping timelines, processing cutoffs, and fees are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: most products may be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Installed or modified products are not eligible for return.

7. Warranty

Products sold on the Site are covered by the Dura Faucet Limited Lifetime Warranty, provided directly by the manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser and excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, water quality issues, modifications, or normal wear. Warranty claims are handled by Dura Faucet; the manufacturer's warranty terms control any conflict between this summary and the actual warranty.

Except for the manufacturer's warranty described above, products are provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVFaucet disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Installation and Use

Our products are designed for installation in recreational vehicles, campers, travel trailers, and similar applications. You are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your specific setup, for following all installation instructions, and for complying with applicable plumbing codes. If you are not comfortable performing the installation yourself, we strongly recommend hiring a qualified RV technician or plumber. RVFaucet is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incompatible plumbing, freezing, or modifications to the product.

9. Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at sales@rvfaucet.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers; (d) use any automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers, etc.) to access the Site except for legitimate search-engine indexing; (e) submit false or misleading information; (f) reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission; or (g) use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, product images, layouts, and software — are owned by Northbay Products, Inc. or its licensors (including Dura Faucet) and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. "RVFaucet" and "Dura Faucet" are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of this material without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial browsing of the Site.

12. User Submissions and Reviews

If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant RVFaucet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that you own the content you submit (or have permission to submit it) and that it does not violate any third party's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (including Shopify for checkout, payment processors, shipping carriers, and the Dura Faucet manufacturer warranty portal). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

14. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Northbay Products, Inc., its owners, employees, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, property damage, water damage, or damages arising from product installation, malfunction, or use — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased through the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Northbay Products, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Northbay Products, Inc. agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Northbay Products, Inc. regarding your use of the Site.
