Returns

We stand behind every faucet we sell. If something arrives damaged, doesn't fit, or just isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

To start a return

  1. Email us at sales@rvfaucet.com (or use the form on our Contact page) with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label.
  3. Once your return arrives, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Faucets must be returned in original, unused condition with all parts and packaging. We can't accept returns on installed or modified product.
