Bought this after purchasing a used camper which the National large RV seller did not properly test the water systems. Shower faucet had a leak. Removed old one and installed this one with pipe tape. Fit and worked fine.

Looks like the picture. Simple to install, however, instructions were not very descriptive. A QR code is on the box to scan for additional instructions/information but wasn't very helpful. Would purchase again if needed.

Purchased this for my KEYSTONE MONTANA 5th wheel bathroom because the old one was leaking. It was super easy to install. The best part is it doesn't leak and the water pressure is now stronger since the old one was leaking a lot.

We love the design of the faucet but we're disappointed when after only 4 years of RV use the handle broke off. We were however very happy with the customer service experience in replaceing the faucet.

A pin hole developed in the riser after about a year. I hope the second one holds up better.

The org. handles I had were with the plastic insert and the ones I recieved were smaller in size and would only fit the hot side. I put the other one on the cold side to match the handles up and you could not turn on the cold water so got a big handle and a small handle you have to look pretty good to see the difference but it is

Replaced the plastic handles and cartridges with the metal units. Had trouble with broken plastic handles on an inferior shower faucet unit and decided to upgrade the standard faucet to metal handles and cartridges. I am pleased with the final result. Compared to the original unit I replaced, this faucet now appears bulletproof.

Replaced the original shower faucet with the Dura Faucet unit. What a difference! Much better quality far better design. Very pleased with the new unit. Easy direct replacement.

Can't imagine why I waited so long ! It upgraded my shower with the nice finish.

Only one I could find in brushed nickel. Just installed and used twice. I do not like plastic in a faucet and the vertical shower outlet seems vulnerable to damage, but looks nice and performs well at this point.

I live at 6,000 ft in Northern Arizona. I have always protected my RV water system from freeze damage. Unfortunately, I neglected to blow all the water out of the shower valve. With winter temperature at the low of 4 degrees this past winter, the valve froze and was damaged. Your Dura replacement faucet fit perfectly and was easy to replace.

This unit came with our coach and was installed with the shower hose outlet facing upward, as the photo above shows. When I bought and installed the matching shower slide bar, I had to turn this faucet over so the hose exits at the bottom so the hose in not in the way of the slide function. In doing this, I could not find a way to convert the levers so the rotate downward to turn on. I could reverse the handles so hot is still on the left, but, turning on is now a upward swing. Should have better way to install up or down.

Original leaked, but most probably due to freezing. New one looks the same. Hope it will be ok. Have taken more precautions to prevent it from happening again.
